Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Trading cards (opened packs or boxes)

• Consignment items

• Clearance or discounted items

• Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.

• We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit depending on the situation.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only unless otherwise determined by management.

• No cash refunds will be provided.

Consignment Sales

• All consignment purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
